Hachiko: a dog's story; sempre ao seu lado

little story about the movie:

Each morning, a once abandoned Akita, Hachiko walked with his owner, Professor Willson, to the Shibuya Train Station, where the dog watched his owner leave for work. Each evening, the dog would return to the train station to greet his owner when his train arrived after work. The pair continued this tradition until one evening, the owner didn't return on his train, he had a stroke while at work and died, never returning to the station where his dog waited. After the Professor's death, Hachiko kept his routine of waiting for his master at the station in the evening. Sadlyhis master never returned, but other commuters were touched by the dog's devotion and would bring hum treats while he waited. For 10 years following the Professor's death, the dog showed up in the evening about the time the train pulled into the station.

Falando um pouco sobre a historia:

Hachi se perdeu na linha de trem quando era um filhotinho,e encontrou o professor Wilson, entao o simpatico homem o levou para a sua casa porque Hachi estava perdido, ele fez anuncios para tentar achar a quem pertencia esse cachorrinho, mas nao conseguiram entao ele ficou com Hachi. O professor pegava o trem de manha para ir trabalhar, Hachi resolveu ir acompanhar ele ate a linha do trem e mais tarde ia buscar seu dono, ficava sentado esperando ele sair pela grande porta de madeira. Ate que um dia professor foi trabalhar, e ele acabou morrendo com ataque no coracao, e Hachi sempre estava esperando seu dono voltar, sentado sozinho e triste. Passou o inverno, verao, primavera, outono.. e assim o tempo foi passando, com isso se passaram 10 anos, e ele ainda estava na espera do professor, no final chegou a hora, a hora que Hachi se foi.

Knowing Hachiko:

The dog passed away in 1935, but his stuffed remains have a permanent home in the Natural Science Museum of Japan in Tokyo. A statue of Hachiko was erected at Shibuta Station in 1934 to honor the dog's devotion. During world war II the statue was sadly recucled, but in 1948 the original artist's son created and stood a new statue of Hachiko, which still stands at the popular meeting spot. Each year in April, there is a quiet ceremony, remembering. Hachiko's life and mission.

Conhecendo um pouco sobre Hachiko:

Hachiko morreu em 1935, mas seu "corpo" permaneceu no Natural Science Museum no Japao em Tokyo. Fizeram entao uma estatua representando esse cao, foi erguida na estacao de Shibuta em 1934 parar honrar-lo. Durante a segunda guerra mundial a estatua, infelizmente, foi destruida, mas em 1948 o filho do artista original criou uma nova estatua de Hachiko, que ainda esta na vista do povo. Todos os anos em Abril, ha uma discreta cerimonia, lembrando sobre a vida de Hachiko e sua missao.
